Booking procedures:

1) Click here to complete a “Booking Request” form.

2) We shall confirm receipt of your request and advise deposit amount and payment arrangements.

3) 50 % deposit is required to secure your reservation. Once confirmed the deposit is payable to the following South African Account (please ensure you fax or email your proof of payment within 24 hours)

4) We shall only confirm your reservation when the deposit has been received.

5) No reservation is valid if you do not have a reservation confirmation with reference no.

Late Arrival:
Should you be arriving late and travel to the campsite is difficult, we have the facility at our Guesthouse in Inhambane for a sleep-over (space permitting) at an additional charge or R20 per/person per/night. You must telephone ahead of your arrival to confirm Guesthouse availability (Dennis: +258 (0)82 355 9590).

Cancellation Policy:

· Should a cancellation be received 60 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit 50% of the monies paid to date.

· Should a cancellation be received less than 60 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit 100% of monies paid to date.

· However, if and when we are able to sell your reserved space, we shall refund all monies paid, less a 25 % admin. fee.
